We are informed by our payment service provider whether the payment from our customers has been received or not. Withdrawal Options: You can revoke your consent to the use of personal data at any time with the respective payment service provider. Despite revocation, the payment service provider may still be entitled to process, use, and transmit the personal data that is essential for contractual payment processing. Regarding the storage and timely deletion of personal data, we refer to the respective privacy policies of the payment service provider.

Deliveries are only possible to delivery addresses in Germany, in the EU (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, United Kingdom, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands, and Croatia), and in non-EU countries (Switzerland).
Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT):
To ensure smooth delivery, the recipient must ensure that the shipments can be delivered without any issues. If a reshipment becomes necessary due to non-delivery, the customer bears the additional shipping costs.
