REFUND AND RETURN POLICIES

-Cancellation before Shipping:
To cancel your order before shipping, please send us an email at info@aseojinbeauty.com with the subject "Cancellation before shipping" within one hour and provide your order number. The customer service will then take care of canceling your order before it is shipped. As our warehouse staff always strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, shipping costs must be borne by the customer for orders already shipped and can only be refunded in exceptional cases.

- Returns:
Products can be returned within 14 days if they have not been opened and/or used and are still in their original packaging. The cost of returns is borne by the buyer. Once we have received and checked the return, the value of the goods will be refunded to the original payment method. The refund does not include the transport costs (exception: 2.2). Please return the goods in their original packaging via a shipping company of your choice to the following address (return label must be created by yourself ASEOJIN von-Erckert Str 72a/81827 München). We recommend that you send the return shipment insured so that you can track your return.
